Tem mais de tr\u00eas d\u00e9cadas de experi\u00eancia de investiga\u00e7\u00e3o tanto no \u00e2mbito de projetos comparativos de natureza transnacional como de estudos de caso a n\u00edvel local. As suas \u00e1reas de trabalho, adotando uma an\u00e1lise sens\u00edvel ao g\u00e9nero, incluem: usos do tempo e articula\u00e7\u00e3o do trabalho pago com o trabalho n\u00e3o pago; igualdade entre mulheres e homens; emprego e condi\u00e7\u00f5es de trabalho; pol\u00edticas sociais; avalia\u00e7\u00e3o de projetos e avalia\u00e7\u00e3o de pol\u00edticas; migra\u00e7\u00f5es e mobilidade; viol\u00eancia dom\u00e9stica e de g\u00e9nero; e direitos humanos. Ao longo dos anos tem mantido colabora\u00e7\u00e3o regular com diferentes ag\u00eancias da Uni\u00e3o Europeia, tais como a Eurofound, o EIGE e a FRA, bem como com organiza\u00e7\u00f5es internacionais, entre as quais a OIT.
